To Get Started:
1.Complete the Client Information Form by clicking on "Quick Quote" on our website and submit it to us.
2.E-mail or fax copies of your most recent financial statements, tax return, and any other documents needed to us.
3. Please e-mail us your financial information by following the instructions below depending upon the accounting system you use.
E-mail a backup copy, or portable backup copy, or accountant's copy of your QuickBooks Company file to us. if the file is too big to e-mail please e-mail a link for us to download the file from a cloud based file transfer service like Dropbox, Google Drive, or whatever one you use. If you do not have cloud based file transfer service, please provide the QuickBooks Company file on a flash drive or CD to us.
E-mail an invitation as an accountant user for us to access your Company in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
We will do the following:
Contact you to setup a free introduction consultation appointment. (If you decide not to engage our services, a fee of $160 per hour will be assessed for the consultation meeting(s).)
During the free introduction consultation please provide copies of your bank statements and credit card statements or log-in information for us to retrieve your bank statements and credit card statements on the internet.
Once our services have been engaged:
a.We will record all the accounting transactions from the supporting documents you provided and reconcile the accounts the your accounting system.
b.We will organize and adjust the books accordingly in order to prepare a working trial balance from which financial statements can be compiled.
c.We will provide financial reports from the accounting system on a monthly basis.
d.If you use the QuickBooks desktop software package, we will e-mail you a backup of the QuickBooks Company file and help you restore the company file on your computer.
