Complete the Client Information Form by clicking on "Quick Quote" on our website and submit it to us.

E-mail copies of your most recent financial statements, tax return, and any other documents needed to us.

Please e-mail us your financial information by following the instructions below depending upon the accounting system you use.

- QuickBooks desktop software package
- QuickBooks Online & Xero Accounting System
- Other Accounting System
E-mail a backup copy, or portable backup copy, or accountant's copy of your QuickBooks Company file to us. if the file is too big to e-mail please e-mail a link for us to download the file from a cloud based file transfer service like Dropbox, Google Drive, or whatever one you use. If you do not have cloud based file transfer service, please provide the QuickBooks Company file on a flash drive or CD to us.
E-mail an invitation as an accountant user for us to access your Company in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
E-mail Us an Adobe Acrobat pdf copy or MS Excel spreadsheet of your balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and general ledger.
We will do the following:
- Contact you to setup a free introduction consultation appointment. (If you decide not to engage our services, a fee of $300 per hour will be assessed for the consultation meeting(s).)
- During the free introduction consultation please provide copies of your bank statements and credit card statements or log-in information for us to retrieve your bank statements and credit card statements on the internet.
Once our services have been engaged:
- We will review the data in the accounting system, general ledger, and supporting documents and make recommendations for each issue identified. These recommendations may include correcting journal entries, suggested training, or changes in lists, preferences, or other features.
- We will make suggestions for improvement in areas where we see errors and improper use of accounting system and accounting procedures.
- We will organize and adjust the books accordingly in order to prepare a working trial balance from which financial statements can be compiled.
- We will perform an analysis of your income, expenses, receivables, and payables and make recommendations in improving your cash flow and profit.
- We will review your accounts on the balance sheets and income statements, your transactions for the period, and your existing accounting system setup for preparing accurate financial reports.
- We will answer your questions and provide personalized training as needed.
- We will prepare and provide financial statements for you on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
- We will e-mail you a backup of the QuickBooks Company file with the recommendations implemented or provide a list of our recommendations to you and help you implement our recommendations in your accounting system and your business.
